Mindfulness Based Relapse Prevention
An 8-week course for men and women who wish to add effective mindfulness practices to their post-treatment recovery.
This course is based on the program developed by Sarah Bowen, Ph.D. , Neha Chawla, Ph.D. , and Alan Marlatt, Ph.D. at the Addictive Behaviors Research Center at the University of Washington. Over the 8-week session participants learn to develop a lifestyle of mindfulness and recovery and gain freedom from habitual and destructive behaviors.
